這就像我們他談完美、無菌、有機等,因為需要更多的小心謹慎和持續耐性,因為難面面顧到,談太多了很令人沮喪,不是嗎!?

偶爾想起以前學生年代,半夜在Diners 吃下一份份只有建築工人能吞下份量的粗獷食物,甜點裝盤大到超過你的臉…. 心裡就覺得溫暖。

噢,我願付出代價,今夜回到那個毫無顧忌、大口吃食的美好歲月啊!

My favorite dish 酪梨鮭魚丼

光看就叫人垂涎欲滴吧。日本小餐館裡處處可食的酪梨鮭魚丼,瞧瞧上層那快流出來的新鮮蛋黃,配上一口酪梨,….真是人間仙境啊!IMG_33032058487387

曾經在奧地利請熟悉的日本餐廳師父,照圖做了一份,18.5歐元。後來,成了他們的黃金菜單。在臺灣,應該更方便取得,但食材一定要新鮮。
